Completely wrong address for my parcel box of supplies was delivered to…
My box of supplies was delivered to completely the wrong address and it was only the kindness of the people where it was delivered to who came round to our house after trying other addresses to find out if it was our parcel. I did not get a response to my email to supplies for candles nor did I get a callback or follow up from the delivery company .

Great first experience!
Placed my first order with SFC on the 1st May and it arrived by the 6th which was only 3 working days delivery! I received an invoice but not a confirmation email so I called them up on the 4th to make sure that my order had come through. They were very kind and helpful! All of the products are as described and the fragrances are beautiful, especially "Seychelles" it smells just like a holiday!
I'm yet to try my products however I have very high hopes and i'm sure i'll become a regular customer!
Thanks again to the team :)
