Purchased a Glow In The Dark Gengar Fleece Jacket from them in December 2019 and using the measurements on their site I went to get a medium for myself. When the garment arrived I found that it barely fit me.
Measured the sleeves and length of the piece to make sure I had been given the right size and all the measurements were off by 5cm. The site measurements says "measurements might be off by 1-3cm due to hand measurement".

Photos of me taking the measurements were then sent TWICE because apparently the first set of photos werent clear enough.

After 6 days of back and forth emails they eventually agreed to sending me a replacement garment to which they would give me a tracking number for it.

ELEVEN days later I had to email them asking for said tracking number. By the time I got it it was nearly February.

This store was a pleasure to deal with! My clothing came within 2 weeks and the quality is great. I ordered 2 fleece hoodies plus a hoodie and sweatpants set! I think I am going to get some tank tops next! There is a huge variety of products to choose from, I browsed forever. lol
