Vous avez passé commande le 10 novembre et nous avons livré le lundi 17 novembre. Compte tenu du jour férié du 11 novembre, nous avons pu respecter notre engagement.
Il peut y avoir un délai d'attente pour les livraisons en entrepôt, mais nous parvenons généralement à respecter nos délais de livraison prévus.

I placed an order with 6 pieces of…

I placed an order with 6 pieces of product.payment is also done. But there was no email confirmation about 6hours after the order placed. Only when i reached out to customer service via form in website, i received a response that the store does not have enough stock. They had only 2 on hands. This is strange for me atleast because if they dont have enough stocks, they should notice the customer on website, why they let me order and paid. Even no info/confirmation untill i asked. But when i talked customer service person on live chat function, he/she said that this is normal. Then i think it can be normal for them but abnormal for me. Finally, they cant tell when i can receive the 2nd shipment of the order.
Not recommend this website.
