Don't buy from them
No communication what so ever after I paid my order, it is still processing after almost 3 weeks. Sent a bunch of emails without any replies. I'm about to take legal actions.

Supplementsdirect.ca never responds to…
Supplementsdirect.ca never responds to their emails. I’ve sent several and never heard back. They sent me a product that has been expired a year ( I spent well over $100 for). I requested a refund or to exchange it for a bottle that is not expired. They’ve ignored any and all of my emails. They also have no contact phone number. Horrible customer service.

Terrible terrible customer experience
Terrible customer experience. I placed an order October 09/25, was charged and I have yet to receive the package.
They dont respond to emails - i sent about 15 of them, no reply. Still waiting.
Will be going to Consumer Protection.

Very bad customer service but at least delivered
Very bad customer service.
I paid for one product and haven't received any notification or the product.
I sent several e-mails. And I haven't had any answers yet.
I'll change this if they at least answer my e-mail. Edited. At least i receive my order. Without any responses. Thanks anyway
