Paid 30 Dollars for shipping, never arrived also was the only option for shipping and I couldn't see a point to insure a first class shipment which only cost 40 dollars. any way consider you item lost if shipping outside from USA

Excellent Experience with SuppKingz

I ordered El Jefe Pre-workout from SuppKingz. Ordering was easy, pricing was competitive and they delivered my order faster than I expected. I had a question about my order and it was answered right away. They also sent me a free gift of BCAA/Hydration supplement which I needed and it was very much appreciated. Very happy with SuppKingz and highly recommend them. 🏋️‍♂️

Awesome selection, better service!

These guys have an amazing selection of supplements that (for some companies) I wasn't able to find anywhere other than the manufacturers website. I love being able to get all my favorite brands in one place! More importantly I ordered Nuclear Pump and got Nuclear pre by mistake. Contacted support and within MINUTES they had Nuclear Pump sent out free of charge! I will be using them in the future because of that level of service alone!

Still haven't received my order but they refunded me. Still sad cause I really wanted the product

I filed an insurance claim for you. If you read our shipping policy we are not responsible for lost packages. If I didn’t care would I have gone through the trouble of placing a claim for you to get a refund?

Poor Customer Service

Ordered a product that was advertised as “in stock”. Was emailed to let me know was out of stock and if I wanted anything else from the store instead. I asked when it would be stocked, and if it wasn’t going to be stocked anytime soon to refund. Communications have gone cold since then. Multiple emails without a response 👍 thanks for taking my money.
