After waiting over 5 months for my order, it arrived and the sizing was all wrong. I exchanged for a smaller size in stock only to be notified several weeks later that they actually don't have that size in stock any longer. I received a "gift card" that is substantially less than my original payment in its place. I think this site is a scam and would NOT recommend.

Ordered three separate items back in March and April. We are now in mid-august and none have arrived. The order status never changes when I looked them up and I've received no emails in regards to updates nor apologies for the extreme delay. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I do suspect this company might be a scam.

I ordered two items back on August 2, 2024. Was told it would take 12-16 weeks to finalize the order.

On November 8, 2024, I received an email from the owner of the company, explaining there was a misprint on one of the items, and so I wouldn't receive it until December. I inquired about the item that did NOT have a misprint and never heard back.

Nothing ever arrived in December. Wrote Customer Service in January -- radio silence. It's now coming up on 6 months, and I still have no word on when I might ever receive my items. They've had my money since August. I would not recommend doing business with SuperX Apparel.

This is the most unprofessional company, and IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will steal your money! I purchased items and decided to return them, but they never gave me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
