Hi Ismir, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear that the order didn't arrive within the time frame we advised initially. As you are aware, we use DHL for our EU orders and sometimes, parcels do get lost in transit. This is completely out of our control however, we have raised a dispute with DHL and as promised to you via email, we have re-sent the order and also upgraded the delivery to express for you. All tracking was sent 24/03/22. The order now been delivered.

My new source for Vacuum Pump parts!
I wasn't sure about ordering non-Becker parts for my vacuum pump, but Becker suppliers were back ordered 2 weeks on the parts I needed. So I read some reviews and decided to give SuperVane a try and I'm glad I did. They are now my go to source for parts for my pumps. I received my order with the new vanes, filters and grease (England to Colorado, USA) in 2 days! I did have a problem with the grease gun not working, but a quick email to them and they sent me a replacement right away. I will be ordering a gasket kit and more grease next month.
