Bought a product (via wowcher) as a christmas present. Second time of use, the product is not working.

Contacted the company multiple times. Ignored.

Tried to leave a review of the product.... reviews have been declined to be published by them.

No quality of products, No customer service. Just want your money.

I ordered a PlayStation Compatible Controller via WOWcher.

I selected the colour I wanted from a variety, I then selected the express delivery which was more expensive.

The express delivery stated it would be here by Friday 20th as I ordered on Monday 16th. It arrived Monday 23rd, therefore; express delivery was a waste of time and money.

When it did arrive, I was excited to use it as my original controller had seen better days. I tried to use it to find that there is a 1-2 second delay from pressing the button to then seeing an action on the screen. It is what it says on the tin, I just expected it to work, which may have been naive on my part.

I gave this a 3 STAR based on how it was listed and what I received. It is “compatible” it’s just not genuine or a useable product.

I ordered via Wowcher, a pack of 4 car window covers to protect our windscreens from ice but received only 2. The company is messing around - getting me to send a photo of what I actually received - I sent them literally that - a pointless photo of 2 car windscreen covers, and after much email traffic between us, they have stopped responding.
I have now raised a dispute with Wowcher.
Avoid.

Bought 2 cameras absolutely rubbish, faulty parts falling offno reply to my e mails , can't find contact number don't use this company & also Wowcher sells there items who take no responsibility for scam company

Hi , this company isn’t a scam company.
I orders a drone which came a bit late but was exactly as advertised and worked fine.
My issue is with how wowcher advertised it .
It claimed that it was a £140 drone with 80% off .
But it was a £30 drone which I paid £30 for .
I don’t know if this is super trend uk giving the wrong price or if it’s wowchers way of selling.
I’m happy with my purchase but could have orders a drone for same quality and price from Amazon.
And had it delivers in a few days rather than a month.
Wowcher should look into the prices of their products that they’re advertising before posting.
Also people that think they are getting a good deal should look around before purchasing.

I bought a so called Adult Mens Size XL Waterproof Puffer Jacket from this company, through Gogroopie.
Cost was £14.99 for the coat plus £4.99 for postage. It arrived quite promptly - but it would be lucky to fit a 9 year old boy, I can't get it on at all.
Supertrendinuk says to send it back for a refund but they won't refund my original postage plus I have to pay the postage to send it back.
Looking at all these other negative reviews - I will cut my losses and not bother

Purchased a 2 hand casting kits through Wowcher before Christmas which was supplied by Supertrendinuk. Two kits are recommended to cast a pair of adult hands. The kits are still available to purchase on Wowcher today. DON’T DO IT! The kit is tiny and even two are insufficient to cast a pair of adult hands as advertised. I have requested a refund but they refuse to pay the return postage. The items are not as advertised so I have been deceived and expect a full refund of all expenses. I am surprised Wowcher are still allowing this company to sell on their website. Avoid them like the plague.

Not worthy of any stars. Do not buy from this company that wow voucher use. Delivery late. Item nothing like description and won’t refund postage fees for return. They should be banned from supplying U.K. from what I have just read in other reviews

Shocking company - although I had no idea that this was the company WOWCHER used (would have avoided if I knew) will not give appropriate response to missing Christmas gifts- Evri have no trace of parcel but this company want me to refuse delivery! Absolute scammers and ridiculous that WOWCHER are allowing this to continue to be a supplier.

Placed the order through Wowcher,paid extra for speedy delivery to avoid disappointment as this supposed to be a Christmas present for my child. Update on the Wowcher for processing disappeared. Tried to contact customer service,no luck. I am going to open the dispute with my bank to get money back. Do not use unless you want have lots of stress

Awful company, do not use! Bought a hair curler via Living Social (aka Wowcher). The product was faulty - just didn't hold any charge. So returned it as requested by Supertrendin UK. They have since passed all ownership of refunds back to Wowcher, who have been equally bad at responding and arranging a refund of the item and delivery costs. Finally resolved this today after weeks of back and forth, but SupertrendinUK are still refusing to refund my return postage costs, saying Wowcher are responsible, they say this is not the case. Unbelievably slow to respond to a standard consumer rights issue. The product is faulty, do the right thing and refund any costs the customer has incurred to 'try out' your faulty shoddy product.

Ordered a hair curler through Wowcher and it doesn’t work. They are trying to help me get a refund but I keep having to chase as Supertrendinuk are not engaging

Ordered H12 smart watch through mighty deals, it will not charge up, so won't work, tried downloading the app and the first thing it wanted was my credit card details? Did not supply this so did not get access to the app. Have asked to return it for a refund and they have offered me £2 and told me to keep it as they will not refund postage. Mighty Deals has given me any assistance.

Update, after lengthy discussion with credit card company as goods were NOT as advertised they are THE SAME LEGALLY AS FAULTY. Therefore, the onus is on this company to provide return costs and full refund including original postage and packaging. I have placed the FULL COSTS in dispute with my credit card company. Total waste of my time, money and energy... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE A SIMILAR AMOUNT OF TIME MONEY AND EFFORT...

Total scam.

I ordered an item via Wowcher and they’ve sent a completely different item using the tracking details so they can prove that the item was delivered even though it’s nothing like what I ordered and nowhere near the same value.

Slow customer service. Insisting an order had been delivered when it had not. Refusal to chase up with courier service. Overall I fear my package will not arrive before Xmas and will have a disappointed daughter.

I ordered a family of reindeer for my garden from Supertrendinuk uk via gogroopie and as it had not arrived I contacted them via gogroopie. Supertrend uk emailed me to say it had been delivered to my “back porch” on 21st November. First of all I DO NOT have a back porch and secondly they would have to ring the bell on my huge electric gate to get access to my property. Then my ring doorbell on my front door would have picked up footage of the delivery. IT NEVER HAPPENED. I do not recommend buying anything on GO GROOPIE. I thought these companies would be monitored. They are a scam, DO NOT USE if you don’t want to lose you’re money.

Ordered two hair curlers end of September through Itison . Nothing has came and they don’t answer emails. Disgusting stealing peoples money. Paid with my Revolut card who are investigating. Companies like Itison and Groupon should not be promoting these types of companies.

Ordered a jacket through Go Groopie on 7th November 2022 an advised to expect delivery within 14 days. Can't contact them so looks as though I've lost my money.
Wish I'd read previous reviews before I ordered. They need to be blacklisted.

Bought a lumbar support cushion through wowcher paid for earlier delivery didn't even arrive standard delivery time! Had to email to chase....arrived its tiny more the size of a child's back support and all of the cushion inside is broken up like it had been bashed and couldn't support a ants back! Ridiculous already started emailing for refund and I can see they are going to drag the whole process out 😮‍💨 AVOID
