Incorrect size
Ordered some XL baggy pants and an additional L size pump cover. Took only a few weeks to arrive, pump cover was good quality and correct size but the "XL" pants were incredibly thin as if they made in a 3rd grade handicraft class and more S size...

I made an order
I made an order, and the order was sent two weeks after I made the order. After many mail to the company, and one month later, I still haven't got the product. During this process, I never got a shipment link just the information was sent. Customer care zero. It's the second time I bought from Supersuits but definitely last time.

Don't buy anything while it's on sale otherwise you can't return it. I bought myself a large pair of joggers that came to me the size of my shorts. total joke and a waste of money. I'm not a Karen, I'm just annoyed that they took my money for something that clearly wasn't made for humans above four ft and yet was marked as a large.

The product is amazing. I’ve ordered from them upwards of 5 times. 1 of the times my order was taking a while to ship, I reached out in an email. They were happy to help, gave me 20% off my next order and shipped my order at the soonest time possible

Never again
I ordered "baggy" pants in size L (I usually wear size S or M), but they turned out to be WAY too small. I tried reaching out for assistance, but they were no help at all.
Returns aren't allowed, even though the pants clearly don't match the claimed size.

The community is great and helping support one another, and it's really fun being apart of it. The only reason for the 3 stars is the product. It's kind of on the expensive side, and the quality is average for how much you're spending. This is just my honest review based on my experience, and I think it's worth it to try out this cool product!
