All of our competitions are drawn live on Facebook and then the videos posted to our Facebook page instantly. We also create a winners post on social media and send out a winners email. If a customer misses the live draw they can navigate to our Facebook page and watch the draw whenever they are free :) once again I do apologise for any issues you have faced.
