Great service from Super-Sod again…
I have used Super Sod for years and am consistently delighted with their service. Rather than only writing reviews when I am disappointed in service I thought it was time I rated my most recent positive experience with Super Sod. I ordered one of their big yellow bags to begin treating my soil for the upcoming plant growing season.
It arrived for delivery much sooner than I expected and I had not yet marked the spot I wanted for delivery. I missed the message from "Regggie" the Supersod driver, so he picked what he thought was a good spot for it on the right side of my driveway and clear of the garage. It turned out to be a great placement by Reggie.
Reggie also called later in the morning offering to come back and move the Big Yellow bag if I had wanted it somewhere else. As it turns out, that was unnecessary but him making the effort to call and ask was most appreciated.
Great service is always most appreciated.
