Disappointed - not worth the money
I believed the hype from the advert on television and I was hopeful that I would receive a product that lived up to what Mr Cheney and the paid actors spruiked on the television advertisement- I did not. I feel very stupid being taken in by the advert. It did nothing to change my hard mattress - nothing at all

Mattress Topper.
I found the ordering system very easy to use, and I was constantly kept up to date with every step of the process, and even after the item was delivered. I've found the mattress topper to be firmer than I expected. I found any difference in how quickly I get off to sleep or the quality of my sleep, but I've noticed that I'm not waking up with a sore or stiff back, and that's an improvement.

not the best
We have been using the topper but it feels like we are sleeping in a hole, my partner has not enjoyed it as she is having back problems with it. For me it feels if I am sinking in the mattress. Not what I expected and certainly not what I imagined it would be like

Expectation Disappointment
Expectation Disappointment. Comparing the advertising of complete luxurious high quality feel to actually experiencing the sheets I was very disappointed. Definitely not that smooth soft feel. The cotton in between the satin finished strips is very course. The fitted sheet other than the feel is great for size and tuck in. . The top sheet lacks length which is weird, so the tuck in on the top sheet isn’t great! After washing as per instructions the sheets came out very creased and felt even more course than before washing. I definitely will not be buying again. I tried to find the thread count on the packaging and labels on the sheets, there wasn’t any!!! Definitely untrustworthy Company.

Ordering was easy, delivery was quick, tracking was good.
Mattress topper is comfortable but like sleeping on a plastic sheet, very noisy when you move.Not good for a light sleeping partner.
Pillows seem to be over stuffed. Will stick to my old one.
After using the mattress topper for a few nights it is only good if you don't move in bed. A waste of money &I would not spend any m ore with this company. Should have read more reviews regarding quality & customer service. Not Impressed !!Who is klaviyo ??
