Do not hire this shuttle service! Its not the same company as Super Shuttle USA. They scammed me out of my ride fare. A sedan showed up full of people and luggage and couldn't fit me. They offered no solution and left me standing on the side of the street and told me to look for other transportation. After 15 min, I couldn't get a ride, so I text them asking why they didn't offer to send another car. I had to pay $55 Euro for another form of transportation. Almost an hour later they send another car without my permission and then charge me for it. I tried to call that driver and tell him I had left 45 min prior. He purposely didn't pick up or respond to texts. I then get a message he went to my hotel so he could still collect the fee. I had already cancelled and never authorized another car. I disputed the charge and they fought it and my bank backed them up saying they can send another car at any time they want so they can keep the money. They are professional scam artists. DO NOT HIRE THEM. This was my honeymoon and they were the only ones on my whole trip that screwed me....If you are skeptical, please google super shuttle paris complaints or scam, you will see. I called their phone after getting back to the US and they never pick up. Tell you to email them and I emailed them and they never respond. It's a semi scam! My Confirmation #1475236 in case they would like to actually be honest and refund me. I'm not holding my breath.

We decided to use this service for airport pickup after arrival to Paris. We read that taxis are very expensive in Paris, they can charge additional fees for booking, bags and getting to you (apparently in Paris they start the meter when you call, not when the taxi arrives), plus there is a lot of taxi fraud.

We were coming off a very long trip and really wanted to just get to our apartment, not get stuck figuring out our ride.

We first wanted to use G7 app, but reviews were so mixed that we hesitated. I read about these guys in a Paris travel guide and decided to research. Reviews were good and we decided to give them a try.

Everything worked brilliantly: we used an app to book and pre-pay. Upon arrival (our flight was a bit late) we used the app to let them know we landed, it gave us instructions on where to meet the van. The driver came shortly, we collected some other people along the way (we chose a shared ride, because we felt bad for burning so much fuel for just us), helped us with the bags and drove us straight to the door of our apartment.

Very impressed with the service, used it again on our way back, also worked flawlessly.

On a side note, as software developers we also quite appreciated the app. Travel apps for some reason always are very clunky and don't work well, but this one was brilliantly designed. It is very user-friendly, it knows your location and location of your driver, which you can monitor; it also talks to the airport's API to get info about your flight, which is super-handy.

Highly recommend!

SuperShuttle left my wife and me high and dry in Paris! Do not rely on this service.
Because of the RER rail-worker strike, we had to find an alternate ride to CDG from our hotel near the Champs de Mars. So we scheduled and paid for a ride at 9am Tuesday for our 1pm flight. We waited outside our hotel in the rain from 8:55am to 9:24am, when the cancellation message arrived. Our driver never showed up; there was no explanation, no offer of help, no "can we reschedule?", no assistance whatsoever. The email included a phone number to call [“Contact us at (800) 410-4444”], which no one answered!! I will never use this service again, and I suggest you do not use them either. We eventually paid $80 for a ride because we were desperate.

SCAMMERS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I booked a transfer in Paris from the airport to my hotel with Holiday Taxis and SuperShuttle was supposed to offer the service. They left us waiting for an hour after doing everything they asked, informing of any delays, checking in online, calling them to inform we were ready at the pick up point. Never turned up. I called SuperShuttle, they stopped answering after my first call. I then called Holiday Taxis’ emergency number in the UK, they were not able to contact the company they hired themselves and told me to send them an email to get a refund. I’ve complained to Holiday Taxis, they refunded me only 50% of what I paid and refused to give me the rest of my money back. If only I had read the bad reviews they have before booking this I wouldn’t be so frustrated now for giving my money away to these scammers. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Literally couldn't care less about you as a customer.
Late, dont know where they are going.
No help at all.
Expensive considering the hassle they put you through.
Then when you complain, they come back with heres a voucher. Like you would want to use them again.
Just wouldn't bother with this company. Many other decent companies out there.

The driver from SuperShuttle came 1 hour and 20 minutes late at the airport Orly in Paris. We called them several times, where they said they were on their way. But nothing happened. They say they have a 15-minute pickup window… well. But what happens when they make such an error. Nothing! Not even after such a poor service, and they will still charge you. There's no respect and only very minimal service. They are not worth wasting time and money on. I will not use them again.
