As daily milk drinker i can get twice as much protein from my milk now! I do not drink protein shaked as makes me bloated but this is amazing engineering to help your body to be healthier and stronger!

If you are looking for high protein intake for aiding bodybuilding or a healthy gym lifestyle I would definitely add this in to your routine.
Unlike protein powder and other protein products this does not leave you bloated or feeling ‘full’. Tastes better than shop milk as it’s creamier and you can still look and use it like normal.
I’m using one litre per day (70grams of protein) Only downside is that I have to travel a hour to the closest shop that stocks it ‘Tesco’ so I bulk buy weekly
