I was billed for a service i didnot sign up for and when i brought it to their attention the problem was taken care of and the overcharge was refunded. This company is a SCAM. I ordered the product, used it for 30 days (it was only a 14-day dose apparently), and didn't realize until a couple months later, that I was being billed EACH MONTH, a subscription (that I did not sign up for). I called their Customer Service and was informed that the "subscription" was for a "monthly book" Once again, I only wanted a 14-day dose, not an ongoing "subscription" to a "book" Hopefully I will not be billed anymore, but just FYI, check your Bank/Credit Card Statements!
