Took my money and gave me nothing.
No refund no jacket or wallet they were going to give me for free.

The worst company/business in America no email response no response to the chat bot system wrong FedEx tracking number it's been a month since I ordered a jacket from them, they're in VA I'm in NC shouldn't take that long I have no way of getting a refund. Reporting this business to the BBB they're website and all need to be taken down. Don't got nonmoney to be scammed or fraud frauded out if!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like others that was disappointed so was I. After 3 emails I finally got a response on a jacket that was to small, was asked to give dimensions of my size did so and was offered 50 dollars credit and a 40 % discount on my next purchase.i agreed with the action, however I've not gotten either and my emails inquiring when are they going to issue the 50 dollars refund and 40 % off my next purchase has gone unanswered. I've purchased several jackets from this company. This was the 1st time I've gotten ghosted by them. Very disappointed.

Been trying to contact them several times to do a return and NOBODY responds.

I read other reviews and I must agree with many customers. The product I bought was too small. I have been able to get a return address. This is poor business practices. I will never shop here again.
You shouldn’t either!!!

I should have known better. The faux fur used for this product is cheap. This coat will keep no one warm. And from reading some of the reviews I should have known better...it's not even worth returning.....Beth Dutton would only use it as a horse blanket.

I bought a jacket for xmas that turned out to be too small. I reached out to return it them and they gave me the return address days later and asked for tracking info. I immediately complied. They have yet to reach back out to my numerous emails about my refund. They've had the product back for 3 days now. Im very dissatisfied and want my 250.00 refund.

Jacket was delayed by a day but its size was perfect and stitching was amazing. I was worried about sizing as most of jackets does fit my body, I email superleathershop about my size details and they told me since each order is made from scratch, custom sizing or adjustments is not problem for them..

Very disappointed!! I ordered a jacket on January 2nd. Received an order number instantly. After 2 weeks of no updates I tried to chat on their 24/7 chat line. No response. Tried again and no response. I sent an email. Finally I got a reply saying they would send me a tracking number. After two more emails to them I received a tracking number. WELL, nothing shows up on the tracking number. Now they won't answer emails and have taken down all my requests in their threads of emails that we sent to each other. It may be because I told them they are a SCAM. If you want a no hassle experience order from another company. Update 1/26/23. Received the jacket today. However, I had to get PayPal involved. After PayPal reached out to them the jacket was sent by DHL within 3 days. The jacket looks nice, good quality but stunk so bad it's in the washer as I write this. I am keeping the jacket but will never buy from this company again.

SCAM! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Their website claims easy returns but that's not the case. The item is received is crappy at best. I told them I was not happy with the item and they keep telling me to email the info email address to get returns information but I never get a response. They online chat is not being answered anymore after complaint and requested the return. They offered me a $30.00 credit on a $150 coat and kept pushing for that. After I said no I've been completely ignored. DO NOT buy from these people. They scam people out of their money and will ignore you. NEVER AGAIN!

0 customer support. Possibly a scam site. I think they stole money from me. The phone number not in service. Be very aware, i will report to google as well.
