Prompt Delivery - Excellent Service
My shelves arrived promptly next day as advertised. I had a momentary panic, thinking that a small part of the order had been missed by the delivery driver. I called Superior and was advised that this part of the order was in one of the 2 packages that had been delivered (it was). The Superior staff were very helpful and reassuring on the phone and I cannot fault their service ethos. I would be happy to order from them again.

Arrived within the next business day as promised, though package slightly damaged. However, this appears to be issue with delivery company.

Product delivered on time and all…
Product delivered on time and all packages complete in their contents. Easy to install ( however getting the mid shelf crossbeams in was the most difficult part). Solid and rigid construction of shelving unit provides confidence it will last for many, many years to come.
As an additional service, you should consider offering installation services (even if it requires an additional cost) as I am sure there are customers who do not have time/manpower to assemble these units. Quite a few competitors offer free installation or even low cost installation. Not offering it, may mean you are losing potential customers to competitors.
