Unavailable Product
I received an email stating a product was back in stock. I placed the order and two weeks later I called to when it would arrive. I was then told that the product was not available until a later date. A 20% refund along with free shipping was supposed to be issued but I have not received that either.

Warning...1 means you truly just get 1 pom pom. $32.82 later I only have 1 pom pom. Who orders just 1 pom pom??? I hope you are happy. I know there are multiple families on our cheer team who just ordered the 1 pom pom and now have to go back and order a second. Why would you sale them that way? It's already expensive enough but to trick people into paying the shipping twice is just wrong.

Bought the cone for my (now) ex boyfriend’s (who is a cheerleader) birthday. It was kinda expensive but cheaper than other places so not too bad then. It arrived like a week after i bought it so super fast compared to when it said it would arrive. Then we broke up like the next week and now im just saddled with it cuz of the no returns on that specific cone. (My problem not the companies) So if you need a good cone for cheer i recommend! Just make sure if you are buying for someone else you dont break up with them before giving it to them…
