I have purchased many pairs of shoes in the past and they have been exceptional, good quality, various styles, mostly quick delivery, easy website and pricewise competitive. Always a really good sale. Why may you ask i only gave 4star? The reason for this is the cost to return, which i am quite well aware of is at the customers cost. I unfortunately had to return 3pairs of shoes which were not as expected, bought in the sale which cost me £15.10 to return via Evri which was the cheapest tracked service, and this negated a saving on the sale price. In this day and age whereby most if not all companies which are online are free returns, i would have thought Superga, as a multi-national company would get with the times and offer free returns. My return label address was Blairgowrie, Scotland and its approximately 60miles (37mins) from my home. It would not have cost me £15.10 to return by car!!!! Absolutely shocking! 😡

Love Superga and prefer the UK store to the Aus store. However, still super fast delivery!!

Although the parcel with my purchase, was delivered to the given address and left at the communal hallway, it disappeared before I got to it. I have asked the neighbours and they didn't have it. Neither Superga nor their delivery partner Evri assumed any responsibility for the mishap in the form of proving goodwill support - either a refund, a voucher or replacing the purchased product that I had paid for.

Loved the shoes and when the parcel got lost, the service was fantastic, with a replacement arriving quickly with a different courier.

I just love my new superga trainers. I’ve chosen black this time as my previous pair were white! So glad I found them in the sale.

Beautiful quality trainers. Website is easy to use, and Superga sales are just amazing with their offers. I ordered on line and delivery was very quick. Superga are true to size, my trainers fit perfectly. They are well made and this is now my fifth pair, just love the variety of styles and colours my latest pair was a treat for Christmas so I can wear on my next holiday. I try to buy a couple of pairs each year as there is always new colours and styles being introduced. They wear really well, and support your feet. I like the fact they are substantial not a flimsy trainer and since I have had my Superga's no aching tired feet.

Omg where shall I start.these superga trainers are so nice.i have 8 pairs now.think I have to stop.the only thing I wish is that the laces were just a little longer.i will still order if I see some that I like.
