Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Stay Away!

I registered on this platform back when it was called SuperForex. Out of nowhere, I discover that the website has been shut down and rebranded as SuperFinGlobal. Fine — companies rebrand. But here's where things get shady.

I try to log in with my email, only to be told that it doesn't match any customer account. That made no sense, so I contacted their live chat support — and what do they tell me? That they don’t have access to old customer accounts. Really?

Well, guess what: when I log into MetaTrader using my old account ID (1695486) on their server, my account STILL EXISTS and my funds are RIGHT THERE. So how is it possible they “don’t have” my account? It sounds like a flat-out lie.

In the financial world, when one broker acquires or transitions from another, customer accounts are part of the package. That’s standard. Saying otherwise is either gross incompetence or, more likely, a deliberate scam to make clients give up on their money.

This whole thing stinks. Whether it’s called SuperForex or SuperFinGlobal, it’s the same scam behind a new name. Avoid this broker at all costs — the trading community already considered SuperForex a scam, and nothing has changed. Just a fresh coat of paint on a rotten business.
