My order was placed on back order otherwise price of my Zujirushi rice cooker was the lowest on the market by $20 less. My order was placed during Black Friday weekend I understand the reason for the delay and made my stove top in the meantime but it was annoying to change my meal prep cooking schedule a week later then when I had anticipated the cooker.

Item arrived quicker than i thought. This is my first experience with this company and i definitely recommennd it to my friends!

As a confirmed shopaholic, I appreciate knowing that the item was in stock before adding it to my shopping car and the prompt shipping. I hate how some companies aren't upfront about their inventory and their weak ability to get the product onto a delivery truck in a timely manner.

Very reliable service and products. Initially I am a bit hesitant to order from Superco since I am not familiar with this store and they offer lower price comparing to other well known stores. I received my high end model of Zojirushi rice cooker NP-NWC10 and I am so happy with my purchase, then I make another purchase for friend and family which all are very satisfied with the products and delivery. I will definitely revisit the store if I have anything to shop in future.
