I have not received my last order. I contacted Aus post who told me the order was seized as it was illegal to ship these items through Aus post.
I explained that to the company and they refuse any responsibility despite me being a customer of over 3 years and have recommended people who have made purchases with them.
I am very disappointed as I have lost nearly $700.
The company told me I would be blocked.

I have email and sent txt messages i have not received my delivery.

do not purchase from these crooks, paid hundreds for a certain kind. ended up receiving a box full of duds that didnt work, and not one out of the 30 were even ones i ordered .. cant even get a hold of them . scammers

Good price and fast delivery. Been ordered 2 year with supercheapvape.com . Never have any problem.

the price is unreasonable comparing with other website store, quick delivery and easy process . Definitely i will be order this website again.

After a couple of years of really good service my last few orders the vapes do not work.
They gave me extra on my next order which also didn’t work.
I then ordered the moon vapes (10) and only received one (tobacco flavour) with the rest being random and very much cheaper brands.
Tried to reach out to them with no succes.
Very disappointed

Took nearly 600 dollars and never response.

I was a stupid. Expensive lesson learned.

Requested my back to reverse the transfer as a scam.

Very first SCAM EXPERIENCE in my entire life.

Order took 2 weeks.
Very slow on response to emails about the order.
Order finally received and not ONE of the flavours was correct. Disappointed is an understatement!

I placed a order and paid for it and never received order. Australia post when contacted said, postage booked online but package not received! Tried numerous times to contact supercheap but no response. Extremely NOT HAPPY!

SCAMMERS absolutely do not buy from this company they will take your money and not send your order. They do not answer emails or phone calls. I will be reporting them also I will name and shame the person who we sent the screenshot to and I'll post there phone number. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING people do not deserve to be ripped off. Bad company do not purchase of these guys they rip u of and send u whatever they want even tho u request on there page what u expect and what u have paid for they send u a totally different order highly do not recommend! They also ignore all callls and emails and won’t refund there own mistakes

These guys are the worst company they do not send u what u want , they are absolutely rude and sent me a bunch of faulty vapes that I didn’t request !!! Do not buy of this company whatever u order u don’t get

Disgusting customer service. Lack of accountability, no response and incorrect Order received twice with no communication or refund applied. Extremely outraged by the customer service and stock Team as without fail each of my 3 orders have been incorrect and or Faulty. Supercheap vapes are loosing the plot completely.

No major issues or concerns for the last 10 or so orders. Have learnt to request flavours or you probably wont get the ones you want. Prices have been increasing rapidly but that's expected.

Took my money, didn’t send me what I actually ordered, 1/2 the products didn’t work then ignored all my messages and attempts to contact, finally replied and told me they would “sort it out on my next order”

When I asked for the faulty products to be replaced or be refunded I went back to being ignored.

Absolutely zero customer service skills, just take your money and send you anything they like…scammers. Do not buy!!!

Ordered iget moons received one which was the most disgusting flavour of them sll and then they sent out all these other ones that hurt your throat to even inhale!!! Disgusting

Recently bought & paid for 2 vapes $70 have been told order cancelled & no return of money or reply from any emails or calls 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service.
Recieved complete WRONG order, has been. Should’ve read the reviews before making my purchase. Company doesn’t even try to communicate, I’ve tried every form to connect with the seller, got zero response every single time.
Ordered moons and Recieved GUNPODS absolute wack flavs. Few tobacco ones too. So disappointed and absolute appalled with the customer service and care they genuinely have doing this to their so called “customers”.
Don’t purchase. Save your money.

I ordered and paid. Received the emails. Then nothing, won’t answer calls, txt or emails. Australia post confirmed the label exists but it hasn’t been logged for pick up. Still trading though. They are scammers. Don’t attempt to buy from them. Dogs

Make the effort and report these guys online to the authorities. As said they dgaf about customer service ....
Just trying to move there rubbish stock they cant sell
