My mother has dementia and Supercarers have been brilliant. I was given a choice of carers who visited my mum to see if they were compatible. Our 2 carers are respectful caring and willing to do anything to make mum happy. They are her carers but have become her friend. My mum has is alot more settled and confident which has also madee my life easier. Thank you.

I have just had a Knee replacement operation and needed some help afterwards. All of the people who came to see me were extremely helpful and obliging from Washing up to doing my shopping nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs help

I am delighted I read Trust Pilots reviews on Super Carers & decided to get in touch recently as it became evident that we needed more help to care for my elderly father who is undergoing treatment for cancer & is disabled Vanessa & Tak listened carefully to our requirements & proposed carers who had plenty of experience that we would feel confident in. Having interviewed one gentleman in particular we were lucky enough to now have help with my father at weekends. My father adores Junior & my mother also & are so grateful for his help. It has made a huge difference for my mother to have a bit of respite at the weekends. We now hope to find another carer who can help early mornings in the week also.

I found Supercarers advice and support really helpful. I recently had to look into care options for an elderly family member. There's so much out there and at different prices. I wanted to understand all my options and have someone understand what my Grandma needed. I called Supercarers and they guided me through it. They asked questions which made me comfortable, I felt they took the time to check and understand my family's needs. After I showed the website to another family member, they thought it was user friendly.

Even if you are not sure what type of care you need or how often/price point, definitely call. I would recommend as they were fantastic.

I used SuperCarers for two years and had good service and found the staff very helpful and friendly. However, the last carer they sent me told lies to obtain more money, (i.e. making out the client was getting out of bed many times during the night when the client slept through without waking up once!!). The carer decided to leave without any notice whatsoever, leaving a 99 year old alone. Her reason was that she didn't like the way a family member spoke to her and she felt threatened!! This was untrue. SuperCares decided without telling the family until the last minute that they would NOT send another carer until they could speak to both parties to establish what went on. SuperCarers didn't bother to contact the clients family, in fact we had to contact them. They never bothered to contact us with any conclusion that they came to. I'm so upset that this company could leave a housebound 99 year old on their own because of the lies that one of their so called carers told.

I have only been using Super Carers for a short time. I have found them extremely efficient and have been delighted with our carer. She is a lovely companion to my husband, is always bright, cheerful and engaging.

We had a wonderful carer. She was doing the job for the right reasons, out of a sense of vocation. She had a flexible approach and fitted in with what was happening at a very tricky time for us. She was warm and kind with the whole family and had an enormous lot of respect for my Mother. Sadly my Mother was very ill indeed by the time we hired our carer so they did not have long together. Had we known how wonderful the carer would be, we would have done this long ago. If you are hesitating and worried about how it will all work, perhaps you should just give it a go.

These guys went above and beyond to support me. They were super friendly on the phone and uber helpful. Went out of their way to reach out and offer me as much help as possible.

SuperCarers were excellent throughout my uncle's increasing care needs over the 9 months before he died. They found carers quickly, provided several to interview and consider, sorted out all the references and payments, found someone else if a particular carer wasn't a good match, answered the phone promptly and dealt with all our needs efficiently. We started with waking night cover and by the end had a team of live-in carers providing 24 hour care. The carers were really lovely with my uncle and provided him with so much kindness and attention the family all knew he was being looked after in the best possible way. I will be ever grateful to SuperCarers. Thank you, all of you.

Supercarers are outstanding. The team provided a swift response to my initial enquiry and quickly recommended several potential carers. Their website gave good clear information about each one including experience and qualifications. I was able to do phone interviews, select, meet and introduce a carer to my aunt within a matter of days. We are now established with a carer who is just ideal and have back up care in hand. Ongoing support from Supercarers is terrific with frequent emails to check that everything is going well. Payment is online and again efficient and highly reasonable. I recommend this company extremely highly.

I am a new user of SuperCarers, but so far I have been extremely impressed with their service. I have already recommended it to other family carers and to or social services team manager.

I needed a carer who was qualified in dementia care for a 94 year old uncle. I contacted Supercarers who gave me a list of possible candidates from which I found exactly the right person for the job. She has gradually gained my uncle's trust and he now seems more settled and comfortable with her presence.

My mother is very happy with her carer. She phones her as well to check she is OK.
