After a month of the 1-14 day review Super Arbor still has zero information regarding my order. ZEROOOO. This seems crazy to me due to the fact that as a builder you can’t give have instant access to available of product. I will be contacting the BBB as now they have all financial information of mine.

Bought an item that was fast tracked to the end of sale to hide a shipping fee which was over twice than the price of the item. The item was about $19 and the total bill was about $75.
Company took over 5 weeks to tell me…
Company took over 5 weeks to tell me that they could not fill my order. They only stated that after my several emails asking where it was. Buy from someone else.
After waiting 2 weeks they ghosted except for bad review
Said to wait two weeks to find out if order would be fulfilled or not, then only communicated when giving a bad review due to lack of communication at 2 week mark, never did say if order was cancelled or not. They get people to leave positive reviews before they order in exchange for the promise of free shipping. But order never came through and zero communication.
Deceptive Marketing Practice
I was looking for a Google Nest Mini when I saw it for the low price of $18.99 at Super Arbor. The usual going price is around $60. But then I looked at the shipping—I was surprised to see a whopping charge of $49.99. This is a classic deceptive marketing practice akin to a bait and switch. It's a tactic that I've seen on eBay and other places online.
Sham business or business model
I searched the internet to find the product that matched what I purchased at Lowes but was no longer available there. Lo and behold "Super Arbor" had what I needed. I made the online purchase then it was crickets for two weeks. No real customer service, just a nice AI voice bot was all I got "because your order was under $1K". They told me it could take up to three weeks to even tell me if my product was available. Four weeks from the time of my order went by and still no communication. I emailed them and was told that after looking into my order there was no product available. What an idiotic way to conduct a business. I have high suspicion this business is either foreign owned or not even legitimate. I don't care how many alleged positive reviews the internet shows. The authorities should be cracking down on this kind of thing to protect the American consumer. Never again!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Took $300 of my money and never received my item. They didn’t show the full reviews on their website otherwise I would have steered clear from these brokies! Reported them to my bank as fraud.
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. They have products on their website that are not available. I was trying to match some existing flooring in my house with a product that had been discontinued by Lowe's. I tried to order some and they said it was "currently unavailable". So, I suggested they take it off of their website.
6 months later, I noticed it was still on their website, so I thought maybe they did have some stock. I started an email conversation with them and they led me to believe it might be available. They asked me to get the square footage and zip code (I'd even said I could arrange to pick up the order depending on the warehouse). So, I came back with the the minimum I'd want to buy (offering to potentially buy more).
Even after a long discussion explaining that I could not accept any substitutions, they came back with a response that it was currently unavailable and offered me a substitution. I'm not even sure that an actual human processed my request.
Don't waste your time. I'll be posting this review in as many places as possible.
Criminals
Scam. I’ve reported them to the FTC and to my credit card as fraud. People have lost thousands of dollars to these criminals.
I hope that all involved see jail time!

How you can be allowed to "sell' something online only to place the order on hold for 14days (while you workout how to fulfill the order, because you don't have it). And, then in the meantime offer no actual support and refuse to cancel the order in a timely manner (an AI bot telling that i have to email my request in and wait 7-10days for response)!!! Crazy
Super Arbor has the hard to find…
Super Arbor has the hard to find products that the big box hardware stores don’t. I bought flooring at one those stores and when I went back 2 months later for additional planks, they stopped selling that particular color and were zero help. Super Arbor had it in stock and saved me having to replace the entire floor over a few mismatched planks.
