Never a live person to speak to and f by chance someone calls back they are reading their responses from a written agenda. After in place order , a week later they send an email stating that they have reviewed my order and are reviewing it and that takes two weeks and only Monday thru Friday! So I have time constraints as well and the one time I spoke to a real person not AI they assured me my concerns would be escalated. It’s been three weeks and still nothing despite me calling every day only to be talking with an AI agent that can’t help for s—t! Don’t order from this company and save yourself a lot of grief!my experience began February 12, 2026 and it’s 3-7-26 and nothing has progressed, no product, no information,no call back!

I don’t recommend them at all !!! I went on their website looking for certain flooring I needed for a project. The website stated it was available so I ordered 3 boxes. A month later it’s still in review. They claim it’s not in their warehouse they are checking with their partners. Tried to cancel by sending 3 emails!!! Called today and you only get AI. It’s impossible to get a real person on the phone. Tried cancelling again and AI said someone will get back to me. This whole ordeal has been horrible!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!

Scam for credit card numbers
I have written a previous review would prefer zero Stars should have that option, but my complaint falls in line with everyone else I see in the thread, I really think this company is out to scam on your credit card account numbers if you people read reviews before you place an order I highly recommend do not do not I repeat do not deal with this company at all I thought it was a fluke on my end something went wrong whatever but no everyone is in line with the same complaint it's bait and switch they do not contact you it's all AI generated and there's no human to speak to...
Sat on order for a month and then cancelled it
Ordered a hot water heater 28 Jan 2026 because I do not love cold showers. Website says most orders filled in 7 days, complex orders in 14 days. On 26 Feb 2026, ~one month after the order was placed, I used chat (4th time since order placed) for an update. There is no phone or email support until the order is filled. The chat agent said my order was cancelled because have no inventory of the item I ordered. This is unacceptable on so many levels. If I can order a product on the website, it is realistic to expect that the item will be delivered in a reasonable period of time. It was not. Other than an order confirmation email, I received nothing from Super Arbor about my order. I reached out 4x by chat (the only support option) and was told my order was processing and to be patient. I still do not love cold showers but have had far more experience with them than I ever wanted.
Absolutely ZERO Human Interaction or Response
We wanted to order flooring and had questions about expedited shipping. You cannot get a human on the phone - just an AI representitive. It took over 24 hours for someone to call back and unfortunately, I missed the call, they did NOT answer my questions and there was no option but to leave another message with the AI agent. I have also sent FOUR emails with ZERO response. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service so we will not be placing an order.

Made a large order 7 weeks ago and have had zero contact from the company. I’ve emailed them twice with no answer. Apparently this is common for this company. With this type of customer service they won’t last long.

Order was placed 2/10/2026. I got a email saying “ order confirmed 2/10/2026. It’s now 2/25/2026 I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and get no response at all. Don’t know if my order is still going through or not.

This business has no real people to help you. I placed an order and three weeks later had no responses. They did not charge my credit card but also never followed through on whether the product was ordered, would be ordered, was available or in transit. nothing, no communication. So I wasted three weeks waiting for something that would probably never arrive. I tried to call 4 times. Requested a real person, never got one, was hung up, call disconnected on 3 of the 4 times by the robot. I left a message to cancel, then wrote an email to cancel. This is the worst experience ever with orders in my lifetime and I have been working in the home remodel industry for over 40 years. They say they will call you back but it never happened. Too late now I have already purchased product elsewhere. Consumers beware of this company.

This is a scam. Once you order you cannot speak to a person and cannot get updates or cancel. You will not be able to speak with someone and the phone disconnects. Awful company.

If I could rate at 0 stars I would. I ordered an rv converter on Jan 21 and Feb 12 it had still not shipped nor any updates or explanation from customer service. I needed the converter so I wanted to order from someplace else more reliable so I had my bank kill my debit card so these weasels couldn’t charge me for a part they wouldn’t ship in a reasonable amount of time. I asked them to cancel the order as well and they finally did after a week delay. Worst experience online buying I’ve ever had.

From one business to another, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on 2 pallets of pavers for a customer and it's been very poor customer service trying to see what is going on. No one will answer emails. You call their number and it either doesn't ring,,, then hangs up... or it will walk you through all the steps and act like its going to send you to a live person just to hang up on you. Scam. if I could give no stars I would.
