Needed a particular tile. Floor & Decor wanted $200 to ship to my local store. Arbor had the exact tile I needed, lower price, and only $49 shipping. Glad I found them.

Zero Stars Not Available

I would give this company zero stars if I could. On April 26, I ordered a vanity top to replace one that needed replaced after my house was flooded by a busted water line. After 3 attempts in 3 weeks of trying to find out the status of my order, I never received a response. If you decide to order from this company, you will find that it is impossible to speak to a human to check on the status of the order. The little amount that you save from not ordering from Home Depot or Lowe’s is definitely not worth the aggravation that you will encounter.

On May 26th, I received another email from Super Arbor. This time, it was to inform me that they could not get the vanity from their vendor and therefore my order was now canceled. What a wasted of time dealing with Super Arbor. I searched Wayfair and found ample number of vanity tops available. Best part yet —Free Shipping — not the $49 charge that Super Arbor was charging! The other good thing is that my vanity top will be here in the next few days without the hassle of trying to find out the shipping details.

BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Ordered a bbq 3 weeks ahead of Memorial day weekend for a bbq.
Never got my order. they never answer emails as to status. Just shows waiting for approval. Over a month and still nothing.
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! Too many reputable places to buy online. Horrible customer service.

Good idea, bad execution

The business model makes sense, but the execution is terrible. The timelines take way too long, and they do not keep their website up to date. My order was cancelled 30 days after I ordered and waited patiently.

you use AI for customer service

you use AI for customer service. it really makes Me not trust your business. If you service rep says its in stock and its not, you have someone to take responsibility. if your AI does the same thing, its just a technical issue.
you can't trust that type of system, especially for contractor who need the product on time.

SCAM COMPANY?

Ordered a gate, but cannot get a hold of anyone to confirm the order or get an order status. It is past the period they claim to need to "process" the order. I have called and emailed 5 times to request a cancellation, but they have not responded. (Calls are answered by a bot.) I am unsure if the company is real or a scam. Their customer service does not exist.

Scam Website

Placed an order 4/14/26 for deck railing and posts because they had the best online prices. They said I'd get a confimation email in 3-5 days. No email came, after 2 weeks, I chatted on their website and was told my order was in process and an order#. I emailed them 5/12/26 asking if my order would be shipped soon? No response, until 5/14/26 saying my order had been cancelled. I read positive reviews before ordering, but I think it's just a scam company with fake reviews.

I ordered a Milwaukee Inflator with…

I ordered a Milwaukee Inflator with batteries and charger. I understood that they do not ship right away. After almost a week, I requested an ETA so that I would have some idea what to expect. I made two requests and both received no response. I decided to purchase the items I needed elsewhere because I needed them sooner. My credit card had not been charges so according to their website I could cancel my order. I sent and email requesting cancellation with confirmation. I didn't receive any response, so I sent another and started a chat on their website. No response from any of my attempts to communicate. I will not be doing business with them again and want others to know what to expect.
