Very good and affordable eSIM for UAE

Very good and affordable eSIM for UAE. I bought a 10-day unlimited internet plan. They informed me that after 5 GB per day the internet speed would be reduced, but I never used 5 GB in one day, so I had fast and stable internet during my whole trip.
I purchased the eSIM about two weeks before traveling, and it activated automatically as soon as I connected to the UAE network. Setup was easy and everything worked smoothly.
I highly recommend this eSIM for UAE travel, great price and reliable connection.

2GB consumed just after installation on "unlimited" data esim.

I purchased a 10 day unlimited data esim. The card had 5GB daily limit, even thought it was advertised as unlimited. Moreover, when I first loaded the card, it had 2GB consumed, for whatever reason. When it reached 5GB, after I consumed 3GB, it stopped working properly (very low speed). I contact the support who advised me to purchase more data.

Choose other alternatives.

Used this eSIM for daily use while traveling. Data speed was consistent rather than fast, but reliability stayed solid throughout the trip. Video calls worked, maps loaded quickly, and social apps ran fine. For practical usage, it held up well without any surprises.

The buying process was simple and the instructions were clear. I was expecting some friction during setup, but it went smoothly on the first try. Coverage was available in most areas I visited, including smaller cities. I didn’t experience random drops, which is usually my main concern with travel eSIMs.

Physical eSIM?

I bought a phone that supposedly has eSIM function. Instead of the chip though, the phone has 2nd sim card slot designated as physical eSIM holder. Without knowing this thanks to somewhat false advertising from the phone producer and reseller. I had big trouble setting an eSIM thanks to being oblivious to the fact you need to use sim slot 2 as a receiver. Superalink did all they could to help me out with setting the eSIM. After we became to conclusion it's not happening. They refunded my money instantly without even me asking for it. Truly pleasantly good experience with the staff. Giving only 4* because it did take good while to everyone figure out the problem. Otherwise truly 5* service!

Singapore sim worked seamlessly

Buying the esim was easy.
There were many plans suitable for every trip type.

Not reliable

Was skeptical about the site to begin with, and when the esim stopped working not even half way through my trip they said it was successfully activated the first time and they can’t get me a refund for time their esim didn’t work. I would recommend Klook, it worked better for us!

Not reliable enough for me

I brought a sum for tunisia and installed it a few days before. Unlike the sims I have used before it activated immediately while still at home despite not being switched on and started counting down. Customer service were very good and refunded me. I purchased again on the day of travel and activated on landing in Tunisia. This was a bit of a pain as I needed WiFi to activate it which kind of defeated the object of an esim! Whilst there is was very intermittent. When my phone connected to free WiFi and then left the area I had to restart my phone every single time just to get the esim working. This was annoying and time consuming and something that you just shouldn't have to do. As a solo female traveller I absolutely depend on esims for safety. As good as the customer service were via what's app etc, I wouldn't use this brand again or recommend, simply because I've never experienced any issues at all with previous providers and connections.

E-SIM in Colombia was a disaster

I purchased this eSIM specifically for travel in Colombia, and it turned out to be one of the worst connectivity experiences I’ve ever had.

Every single day (without fail) the automatic APN configuration updates completely broke the eSIM. Data would stop working entirely until I manually deleted and re-entered the correct APN settings.

Even when it was “working,” speeds were painfully slow making basic tasks like Google Maps or WhatsApp almost impossible.
Customer support acknowledged the daily APN issue but offered only generic troubleshooting steps. When I requested a refund due to the service being essentially unusable, they flatly refused, claiming “the eSIM had already been activated.”

I travel frequently and have used dozens of eSIM providers around the world — this was by far the worst experience. Save your money and choose literally any other provider for Colombia.

UPDATE 3.12.2025: Supralink refunded me after seeing this review after initialy claiming 'no refund possible'. Up to you to decide if the image or the customer is a priority for Supralink. I ended up purchasing an esim that actually works.

misleading to extreme

Claiming to be able to provide a wide selection of esim packages, This site was totally unable to offer anything towards what I wanted, despite changes to spec requested. Yes exactly what I requested widely available elsewhere.
