I booked a private room at a hostel for 3 nights. When i arrived, reception said i booked for a bunk in the female cabin.

After months of arguing with Super, my issue is still unresolved. They lack accountability, transparency and are a complete scam.

Please take my experience and RUN.

Super.com use to be snaptravel I used both, at first it was good. Then at times i was scammed. By both. Made reservations come to find out there was no reservation. Super did not refund the money instead sent a fraudulent fake reservation info pretending the services was given. But was caught.snaptravel sent me to a mans homeless shelter saying it was a hotel and refused to refund me. There is no way to contact them. Phone number automated where you cannot speak to anyone. Also another reservation was not there when I arrived. While I was there several other people tried to check in and couldn't because there was no reservation from the same Company Super. A few days later when I contacted the hotel, Super sent them the reservation "Cancelled" to make it seem there was an actual reservation. After I viewed the fake reservation with the hotel, we saw the name was mine but the rest of the information credit card , email etc. ,was fake. As well the put my payment information on auto pay and was charging for services not ordered. I had to get the Bank to investigate and won

Booking went well thought everything was great about the hotel. Then you start noticing $15 dollar a month membership that i didn't sign up for. They sneak it in there so watch for it.

The website gave good recommendations and the booking was perfect with no issues. Checking in and out was smooth.

I was scared to try Super.com, but went ahead anyway since the price was $80 less per night than what the hotel charges. Everything worked out great! (…although I did separately call the hotel to confirm they got my reservation…but I’ll know next time I don’t have to. )

Honestly I was skeptical at first because I was booking my resort not directly through the resort’s website. But the reviews I saw for Super.com were good and people on Reddit said positive things. So, I booked through Super and it really was super! My friends and family were jealous that I got the exact quality of room as them (I’d even say mine was better). But they spent THOUSANDS and mine came out to just under a thousand. I’ll definitely be checking Super.com first for my next vacation.

I am writing again to provide full context, as my previous review has not led to any resolution.

I had a reservation issue that I tried to correct immediately on Sunday after noticing a mistake. I contacted support, and I was instructed to call the hotel directly. The hotel was very helpful and agreed to cancel the reservation and not charge any penalty, on the condition that Super would contact them directly.

I provided the hotel’s contact details to Super, and during the chat I was clearly told that they would reach out and handle the situation.

However, since then I have received completely contradictory responses:

By email, I was told that no refund would be issued.
Here on Trustpilot, I was told that your team would contact me, which has not happened.
The original chat where this was agreed cannot now be found.

This situation is very frustrating, as I acted in good faith based on the instructions given by your team, and the hotel confirmed their willingness to cooperate.

I am simply asking that you honor what was originally agreed, contact the hotel as indicated, and resolve this case accordingly.

I hope this can be handled properly and without further escalation.

It was easy to make my reservation. I called the hotel about 48 hours afterwards and they confirms my reservation. It was a nice stay but I had hotel related issues and they would have given me a discount on my room but couldn’t since I booked with a third party. That would be my only hesitation in the future.
