Misappropriation of funds

After my experience with supabet over the past 2 days I will not deposit another cent onto your site, let's walk through the situation, firstly I have been a good customer that has played alot on your site, on the 24 June I eventually hit R2k and soon after R500, I'm my previous experience on your site withdrawals are paid out very quickly, I had 2 withdrawals qued after depositing and playing alot I was happy I won, then I decided to deposit another R200 at 8am which I did and it was taken of my bank but did not reflect in my supa bets account, I sent pop to support and from then I just got the run around and eventual at 15:06 the R200 was allocated to me, I was so disappointed with Supabets that I decided to withdraw the R200, this was unsuccessful because of your policy of not being able to withdraw deposit nevermind you withheld the deposit for 7 hours, I then played and lost the R200, to add insult to injury my 2 withdrawals valued at R2500 where not paid to my account, after numerous attempts to get the withdrawals paid the money was refunded to my supa bets account 48 hours after initiating the withdrawal, I then withdrew the R2500 that was paid a few minutes ago after sending several messages and following up, every agent I spoke to did not know what was going on, gave me no justification as if there is no communication between them and every time I had to start explaining things from the beginning. Put yourself in my position, if this happened to you how much confidence would you have in the casino that can misappropriate customer funds like this, I play alot online and I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct in years of playing on several platforms, would you use this platform again knowing that your money could be jeopardize by system incompetence? I think not, kindly deactivate my account or don't because I will not put another cent into your site, I just don't trust you anymore,
