I always use this company for transfers when we go away. Not had any issues and the drivers are always on time and good communication. Easy to use.

We have used Sun Transfers for a number of years without fault until last week when the airport at Málaga had delays at passport control. We advised the driver that there was a long delay and was completely outside of our control however they ignored this and cancelled our transfer. It was prepaid and there was absolutely no interest in Suntransfers to arrange an alternative journey. They left me, my wife and two young children without a transfer which was very difficult to arrange based on how busy the airport was. I contacted customer service and they have absolutely no interest in looking after their clients or compassion to the situation. Two stars given as when the airport works, they arrived however I will never use this company again and strongly suggest you use an Uber!

Got through the airport and our driver was waiting for us. She was polite, friendly and didn’t even laugh at my awful attempt at speaking Spanish.

We used Suntransfer yearly at our vacation trip in Sarigerme. Arrival in Dalaman, step in in the Suntransfer car an the holiday is beginning. Very punctual, quick transfer, good limousines. Thank's for driving us!

Very professional! Had a message via WhatsApp as soon as we landed to advise driver was ready for us. Good friendly drivers that took the stress out of our transfers. I would definitely recommend Sun Tranfers!

The outward leg was excellent with a good pick up at the airport and a driver who made every effort to get as close to the destination as possible. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Return journey was marred by the fact that our change of pickup point, arranged with Suntransfers centre, was not communicated with the driver and we had to negotiate a hasty pick up which occurred 25 minutes after the arranged time. This made us very short of time for our flight

We have previously used this company and have consistently received excellent service. However, on 28/5/26, as scheduled with no delays, we arrived and checked in at the reception desk. We were greeted warmly and instructed by the young lady to follow her to the lift, as the driver was upstairs, with assistance from Google Translate.

We arrived at what was now designated as the departure drop-off point—this was unusual. There was no driver present initially. The young lady informed us he was on his way. After approximately 20 to 25 minutes and multiple requests via the translation app, each time being reassured that the driver was arriving or had arrived, the driver eventually appeared.

The driver disembarked from the minibus, carrying rubbish, which he disposed of in a bin. Neither he nor the young lady offered any apology for the delay. Throughout the journey, the driver did not engage in any conversation and proceeded to drive at a high speed.

We chose this company based on previous positive experiences; however, I would now prefer to queue at the taxi rank (ironically, there was no queue at the time) rather than utilise this service again. The service provided was very disappointing, with no apologies offered.

Excellent service. Prompt and efficient, and extremely helpful. My driver went above and beyond to help me retrieve a missing suitcase and get me safely to my destination after a late night arrival.
