I can't get any help with updating my debit card info. Talking to Emily has not helped. I'm still waiting for the link to change it. She says she is sending it but I'm receiving the incorrect paperwork.

Trash Loan company
Trash Loan company. You can never get a hold of a real person when you call. You don’t get a response when you email. Never got a copy of my loan agreement and when I try to get a copy I cannot reach anyone. Avoid this Loan company at all costs. You’ll be stuck paying back so much money and not know when your agreement ends. Also the A.I on the phone said I only owed a certain amount and my account would be complete. I log back in and it still says I owe money. Again avoid these people at all cost.
