I can’t never get a human to talk to. They never increase your limit. They never ask you if your income has changed. I always pay off my loan early and never get offered anything not even a dollar increase.

I ended up taking the loan at a higher…
I ended up taking the loan at a higher rate and more than I wanted as I spent three hours just trying to get someone on the phone. Then I ended up emailing only to get a half-baked response and then being told to leave my number for someone to call me. Sunshine has the worst customer service and I will be paying off this loan asap and never working with this company again.

I was told that and shown my payment would be $109.00 but what was deducted was $198.00 now this was unexpected.
