What kind of a business is this
I have been trying to upload my statement to complete my application as usually but it shows a different way of upload and I'm unable to upload it shows that my bank is available to try again later its been like that for over 6 days now and when I try to contact them their phone number is not going through and on email no response nothing.

I have tried many times to apply for a higher amount I have even gotten texts that I could be eligible but each time I apply they offer the same loan amount. You can never get someone on the phone to speak directly about it. Your advised an offer was sent to you
