Recently had a problem ordering a replacement pointmaster 8mm recessed iron, on phoning the company the problem was identified and rectified immediately! 10/10
Received replacement part in 2 days, but I had an older version of the pointmaster tool, with the metal tool holder, but if you remove the tool retaining screw and the thumbturn the iron fits in! Quite tight, had to carefully tap in with a hammer, but works perfectly! If it's any help to anyone with the older version of the tool.

2 /12 2019. last monday to be exact,
Today is Wednesday the 4/12 /2019
I found their website while searching for dust control systems
contacted them by phone on Monday had a chat about my requirements ,placed my order and recieved my order today within the two hour slot exactly as promised
everything is as promised
that is why i regard this as a 5 star company N McC ,London

and i would not hesitate to recommend them.
