Extremely Disappointing Service and Payment Process

I booked a reservation with them directly, but their payment system failed me completely. They repeatedly sent the same faulty payment link, and every transaction attempt was declined. Despite my multiple requests for an alternative payment method or assistance, my messages either went unanswered or received minimal response. After wasting a great deal of time trying to fix the issue, I ultimately had to cancel my reservation. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me extremely frustrated. I do not recommend booking with their hotels.
