Salesman was upfront and honest
Salesman was upfront and honest. We were not home for the installation. When we returned everything was perfect. The screen works quietly, and the movement is smooth.

Reliable and good communication
Company communicated well and arrived when they said they would. We dealt with several different employees on various aspects. All were competent and did what was requested. Work was done to satisfaction.
Would have like a little better cleanup (need to use a shopvac), but overall very good experience.

2nd review BTW. Sales rep. Jacob, very good, explained things, answered the questions and was overall easy to work with. He also returned calls and texts. The installers were both young but thorough and also informative. Only small issue was a damaged bush, nbd.
