They ripped my mum off back in 2020. Firstly, the inverter blew up within a week or so, they replaced it, no dramas. Than her roof leaked and she had to replace the roof inside one of the spare rooms, in fairness they did come out and they said they 'fixed the roof tiles' as well. However, my mum still had leaking coming through, why, there is a bit of water damage now. Yesterday she got an handy man too take a look,it turns out the installation was absolutely terrible, cracked tiles everywhere, $1000 worth of tools left on the roof. My mum now has to remove every panel and get the roof fixed. She tried to call today left a message for Norm in the Philippines, still waiting for a reply. What a unprofessional business Sunnymoney.

Every aspect of my experience with SUNNYMONEY was excellent, but maybe the best was that Norm did not 'over-sell'. He outlined a conservative scenario, which was already better than I had seen elsewhere. If the outcome does exceed the plan, that will be a bonus, but if it doesn't it is way better than my current supply. Service was fast, energetic without being pushy, I felt well informed at every stage. I couldn't be happier.

Last year i contracted Sunny Money to install my solar system. This was a seamless operation. From the sales Consultant Norman Taclibon right through the financial organizers to the tradespeople who did the installation, it was completely unintrusive, with no inconvenience whatsoever. We are delighted with the finished product. By the way, $5.35 was my last Electricity bill. Joe Brennan

Service is good. Staff is approachable and able to explain about their services well. Solar panels were installed in less than a fortnight after application. Thank you Mr. Alpha Desamparado for informing us about the use of solar energy to help mother earth and at the same time save money!

I tried very hard to undo the logic of the business but Daniel was cool, calm & collected but he explained it clearly & very well. He knew where to draw the line in business discussions. So when i said no he understood clearly. Congratulations on your Sales Rep. I purchased your product. Both he and the Installers did superb jobs. Congratulations again Sunny Money. So, if there are problems with the solar panels, etc. I will get back to you.

I received a cold call from Matt from Sunny Money, just as i was thinking of going solar. After a good discussion, documentation emailed to me, i decided to accept there offer. System has been up and running for just over 6 months and we are well in front financially. From the start Matt and the team have been there to assist me over the phone and the local installer was also extremely helpful. I would recommend a chat with Matt or anyone else from the team if you are thinking of going solar. Highly Recomend

We signed up with Sunny Money in March last year over the phone, Norm made it very easy to understand. We forgot to switch to a better solar feeding tariff and they reminded me. Very good service

The company was honest, upfront and genuine with their service. With follow ups phone calls continuing to find if you are happy and they will find you the best solar tariff deals in the area.

Don't trust these guys. Unfortunately I didn't shop around and there are other companies offering the same equipment, same brand for $3k cheaper. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Sunny money is an excellent organisation that have been extremely easy and helpful to work with. We now have our solar on and are able to gradually pay it off instead of our laying all our savings.
I highly recommend Norm too, any questions were answered immediately and as a result the whole process ran smoothly.
