SCAM
Stay away!

This Company is a scam. The website has now been replaced by sunnycanaryislands.org also a scam Do not book, I did and am trying to get my money back from my credit card company. Can anyone help me with a police report or more details about the accommodation is not available.

I have booked an apartment in tenerife for November, paid in full in march, had very good communication up until payment was received, have e-mailed on a few occasions for more details and had no reply.....I did pay by credit card so I'm hopeful of a refund from them !!

Reading reports about this company they are scammers! Deal with them at your peril!!!!

This is my second review I am writing for this company/person as the first was removed because the owner of this business complained that i was actually trying to extort money from him!!

The way he has treated myself and my family is completely unbelievable

I am really sorry to tell whoever is reading this that this business will take your money and leave you stranded at the airport as they did with myself and my family and also a number of other families that have since contacted me.

He has had to take down his Facebook account but the G+ account and this are still running

I spent hours sat a police station in Gran Canaria reporting this incident. Hours trying to find new accommodation for myself and my family, and hours on the phone trying to sort this.

My holiday insurance are refusing to pay out because it is fraud and not cancellation!!!

I am out of pocket by over £7000 because of this company/ person and have all the proof required to justify this complaint. police reports, booking forms, bank statements etc.

I have had absolutely no contact from the company/person from the day we arrived in Gran Canaria for our holiday on the 11th July till now.

They never answer the phone, do not respond to emails and now simply do not exist

Please please be warned as i do not want anyone else to be effected

Also if you look on the website and your booking forms there is no business address............................anywhere

The police in Gran Canaria stated this was a very elaborate fraud and are investigating at present. They are not exactly Colombo so i do expect a lot but we will see.

The advertised telephone number is not a land line it is a Spanish mobile that he checks the messages on from time to time. Probably a PAYG

It's a fraud site. Paid for a weeks holiday never received a mail after we transffered the money to them. Stay away or regret.

Booked with sunnycanaryislands.com paid £3000 in full in Feb 2016 for rental of a villa in Tenerife , had received emails up until the night before my holiday then no contact left us with nowhere to stay people need to be made aware of this scam!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

The villa we stayed in has a very good location. Located at only 15 minutes away from the airport by car. The shopping center is at only five minutes away, we went there for lunch every day. The kitchen in the villa is perfect, equipped with everything needed. Very clean with nice furniture. We had the perfect holiday here. The villa is also well suited for children, we had two small children and one teenager with us. We recommend it.
