Awful customer service. Tried every way possible to get hold of the company to help with order but still not got a reply

The light supplied was not acceptable to us so applied for a refund and was advised that although there was a return address on the delivery label - Cannock uk I would have to return it to China at my expense.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed. We had to send the order back to China. The product, the three wall lamps, were not as we had intended. They were not lamps that can be charged with a USB cable. Your site did indicate that the return would be at our expense. However, it did not say how much that could be. We are very shocked and now have to wait for the money we have already spent. Therefore also very disappointed.

The lights offered on this website are stolen designs from well known light designers like Occhio.

It’s highly doubtful this seller, based in Hong Kong, is able to deliver the same quality as these high end manufacturers do.

Pictured used on the website are often cropped versions of pictures made available by the original designers and resellers.

It’s certainly questionable whether this seller has a license agreement to use designs from other manufacturers as their own.

I have not received my order. I’ve written couple of mails but no reaction. I’m still waiting for my order which says according to the status delivered. No courier has even come to my door. I have a doorbell with camera. I’m very disappointed! I’m still waiting for my order which has taken more time than than predicted

This company also operates under the name of NOVA MAISON. It wouldn't surprise me if there are more names that it uses.
I ordered a light that was promised to be delivered within 7 days but took a month and a half. The website gives the impression of being based in Europe but is in fact sending you the products direct from China. Save yourself the hassle and money and order the exact same product of Alibaba. At least this way you know to expect a long shipping time and poor quality product and you don't overpay for it.

I bought a black Osaka led rechargeable lamp for my spare room, as the access to plug sockets is non existent and it’s brilliant! It looks sleek and stylish and was very affordable, so I am very pleased. Would look good anywhere in the house. Btw the service and experience with Sunnery was brilliant too :)

The order arrived as promised. But the quality is nowhere near the price. Website misleading, with a ticking clock for a sale that is actually never-ending. E.g. The tall nightstand lights look nice, but feel cheap, definitely not the £45 each that I paid "on sale".

Absolute scam. I tried to cancel my order of matching bedside lamps multiple times by emailing 3 different addresses provided on their website - never received a reply. It then took 6 weeks before they eventually arrived. They are complete rubbish. One of them is faulty and won’t turn on at all and I don’t expect the other to last long after inspecting the cheap quality and materials. I will continue emailing to try and get a refund, but it this point I really don’t like my chances. I think they need to be reported to consumer protection for how awfully they are ripping people off!

Order process easy. A minor point was that it was not clear when the order would be shipped, one day it was delivered without notice, so all good.

I ordered the lamp at the beginning of December and paid. It still has not arrived. It is ment to be a Christmas present.
I was told it was on its way on 9th of Dec.
Today is the 22nd.
Where is my order??

In the shipping terms the nominal shipping time to Germany is indicated as a maximum of 9 days. Now – after 3 weeks of waiting – the package has still not arrived!! Not really surprising as the ordered items are delivered from China!! I had not expected this from a company located in the Netherlands and I feel like I've been taken for a ride. Sunnerey never again!!!

Scam, goods still not received after 7 weeks. Tracking no. not valid.

I placed an order on the 28th Nov for a Christmas present and still haven’t received it 1 week before Christmas. I had to ask for shipping track number as the original one was not valid on Australia Post website. The new tracking says it’s still waiting to be delivered. It wasn’t cheap not sure if I’ll ever get it. It’s a joke

Definitely fraudulent

Sent me the wrong product and refused to exchange or allow me to return the item for the correct item.

Waiting for a month now. Product just doesn't get delivered. No indication when it will be. No response from the company.

Unhelpful, possibly fraudulent. Still waiting for my order, a month after placing it. Their website says 2 day dispatch, it took 12 days. I was given a fake tracking and I'm unable to check where the parcel is. I suspect it has not even been sent. I also suspect that they use AI to answer queries, which means getting generic, vacuous responses. They can't even tell me where the light is coming from. Absolutely no accountability. I've asked for a refund due to them not fulfilling their delivery obligations, but was denied.
Keep away, possibly fraudulent. I would not be surprised if good reviews on this site were AI generated.

This company is a scam. They take peoples money and do not deliver the goods. My bank has been notified that this is a corrupt and scammed site.

Light arrived damaged. Sunnerey ignored my emails and do not answer the phone. Cheap Chinese crap.
