I went onto the Sunnamusk website after…
I went onto the Sunnamusk website after receiving repeated emails offering 25% off a perfume and an oil. Unfortunately, the site was really difficult to use — it kept refreshing, pages wouldn’t load properly, and my basket somehow defaulted to two oils, which meant I didn’t receive the discount I was offered.
I tried to get help through the online chat and waited for hours with no response. I also emailed, but the reply was basically “tough luck”. I usually buy three oils in-store because you get one for 50% off, so I would never intentionally buy just two. The website experience was frustrating, not functional, and ultimately cost me the discount I was supposed to receive.
The products themselves smell lovely, and I will continue to buy them, but never again from their website. The lack of support afterwards was really disappointing.

I bought a levanto perfume and oil from…
I bought a levanto perfume and oil from the store in Westfield Stratford for almost £77, and in my opinion it is not worth the money.
The staff claimed it smells like Creed, but it is nowhere near Creed in terms of quality or scent. The fragrance is also very weak. You have to spray a large amount just to notice it, and even then it only seems to stay on clothes for a couple of hours.
For the price, I expected much better performance and longevity. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it.

Popped in to the Bristol store to ask some advice about fragrance oils, really helpful staff. A week later I went back to purchase a particular fragrance that I had discovered the week before via a sample that had been sprayed on a card whilst in store - Wood De Amber - which smelt amazing! Whilst I was there I also purchased Arabian Nights fragrance oil, as being paired with Wood De Amber smelt unreal, loved it. Also made another purchase whilst there as the member of staff, who was really helpful and friendly, put a little bit of oil on a card and I loved it immediately, Evanto. Overall my experience at the store was a pleasant one, and having shopped there before I knew it would be.
