Product can easily be tailored to the individual requirement. Sometimes 2 different oils when mixed together produce the desired effect.
The sales assistant was not able to do that, saying that all oils are prefilled in the bottles. There are no empty bottles. As a result I only bought 1, gift for elderly person instead of 3 bottles. In future if you train your staff to tailor the product as per customer request, it will definitely increase your sales.
I bought the product but I was not happy with the experience.

“Overpriced, with no clear pricing displayed. I had to ask the sales representative for the price, which should be made more transparent. The product is simply too expensive for what it offers. I would recommend going somewhere else for better value for money.”

The young lady was very helpful & polite, loving the Escape fragrance, i also had the amid ambre oil, it was the wrong one, but that was my fault entirely not the young lady, works well with Escape.

Of corse I’ll be back :-)

I discovered the fragrance at a stall in Westfield Stratford, where I was given a small scented paper sample. The beautiful fragrance lasted for days, and I loved it so much that I eventually bought it online.

When I came the staff immediately began serving me. Asked for a sweet fragrance and I could tell he knew his stuff and gave me the best recommendation. Bought that with no regrets. The stuff’s a bit pricey so be prepared to spend at least £30 bare minimum. Anyway highly recommend all their perfumes are lovely so go visit and don’t be shy

Can’t get enough of this stuff, I have 8 of these scents and mix and match oils to scents which makes them stronger and last longer.

I have asked on 3 separate occasions for a refund and I have received zero response. Poor customer service

Very poor service the bottle sizes have become ridiculous although the bottle size I’ve got smaller the price has increased an online. It says you can get a third bottle half price tried it three times it doesn’t if you look at the price of the original aftershave to the oils are not much in it anymore.
