I was given a very good overview of their process and had all my questions answered and was able to see that the level of knowledge at all levels was far higher than my expectations. It was obvious they were keen to offer a very complete service throughout. An extremely informative quotation followed that placed their company ahead of all the other providers, and comparison to the other quotes showed that Sun heroes were a better financial deal to go with. They were keen to answer any questions I had some before ordering so a further personal call with the teams solved all of that. The technical knowledge was clearly apparent, and they even provided an array of information to help me decide which Electricity provider would be best for me. Sun Heros also include help with all the Registrations for and discounts that we are entitled to with just the fees being my responsibility regarding local building permission IBI discounts and registration for the electric supply companies.
I felt safe ordering from Sun heroes and their deposit was just 10% with the rest only after completely satisfactory installation. The Install Team were extremely helpful with a pre installation meet and a clear idea where it was going and the route into the house for the cabling. The Installation from the guys was courteous helpful in every way. They were a model of professionalism and the work aesthetics were uppermost in their minds to have the cable paths as discreet as could be. Needless to say they left the home on completion completely restored and cleaned.
Sales, Installation, aftersales and ongoing support has passed me on from one stage to the next with introduction to each person dealing with me with a name and phone number provided to contact for any of my needs that may have become apparent.
That service continued to a check that I am completely satisfied and subsequently I am left with a follow on contact and phone number for the future.
I have no hesitation in saying that Sunhero is the right decision to make both technically and financially

The installation was done promptly on 08/09/2022. I am pleased with the quality of the installation and the system (9 panels, 3.6KW). However customer support post installation is chaotic. It is very difficult to get information on how to apply for the subsidy, and on the status of the legalisation. After one month, my legalisation application hasn't even been submitted by SunHero. Emails to the support team are not auto acknowledged, and often go unanswered. The installation project manager was very good, but as soon as the installation is done he handed over to the post sales team, and their performance has not been satisfactory.

If you know nothing about solar energy you can trust Sunhero. You cannot put a value on trust. They are brilliant from start to finish
