Awesome Service
Received our order but a couple of small items were missing. I contacted customer service and they jumped on it right away. They could not have been more helpful and expedient! They followed up 3x during this process….very pleased! AWESOME service!

Worst Customer Service
My son really wanted a pair Los Reyes sunglasses for his birthday. The glasses were fairly priced so I ordered them. I received a shipping notice within a couple days with a tracking number. I checking the tracking number for 3 days after I received it and there was no updates. I emailed about the status multiple times and never got a reply. I reached via social media and still no reply. The customer service was awful. I will never order from them again

Fast shipping. Arrived on time. No damage to package or item.Quality of glasses/material were good! 11 year old loved them. Messaged company on Instagram to thank them and they responded within minutes. Will definitely purchase again and let my family and friends know.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. I have emailed them maybe 3 times about an order and nothing. It’s been almost 2 weeks since I ordered my sunglasses. Starting to think I won’t see them. Wouldn’t recommend.
