Worst company ever Ordered a key chain and was never sent a shipping confirmation . When I inquired after many times , I was sent an email it got lost in transit.. and I would be refunded. Not even a mention that they would make and send another one. Never again.
Smoke and Mirrors!
Sadly, I must agree with the nay sayers here: items from Sunflowery are not as nice as displayed on the site. Yes, they offer returns and refunds, but it's impossible to receive any instructions from the company on how to go about this process. The items I ordered were listed as stainless steel when in fact, they are 3-D printed plastic. All in all, very disappointing. Lesson learned!

No tracking information, No item ever sent
Ordered an item over a month ago. No tracking number ever sent, no item ever received. Got an email saying it was lost in shipment. I believe it was never sent in the first place not to mention, they said all my follow up emails went to spam. Funny it's their customer service email and it was attached to the original email order. I am now waiting for Paypal to resolve this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This company is a utter and complete false. I ordered a plaque on February 11th for my fiancee birthday and it said that it would arrive between February 17th -21st and still nothing. They called me back and said that my package 📦 got lost in transit while I talked to the Rep. then suddenly, I heard someone snoring on the line he sounded like a freight train that person was very loud 🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊. The Rep said it was a child who was sick. That person did not 🚫🚫 snored like a child.

update.. somehow the items that I purchased landed on my door step the phone case did not go to my phone so I had to hang it on the wall but the other thing was amazing and beautiful so I can raise this to 4 stars but only 4 because I didn't get the right phone cover but im not sure if I will ever order from there again.

I have so much to say about this…
I have so much to say about this company, but I'll keep it short as to not lose your attention. :-) First of all, their products are made with excellence. I've purchased 4 items and the two that I've received so far are very detailed, clear, and bright. What I love the most is that when you send in a picture of whatever you want printed on the object you want it printed on, it comes out looking JUST like the pic you sent. Also, I had an issue (it was my fault) with something I ordered from them and even though I messed up, they STILL let me get a "do-over" without penalizing (charging) me. They had already started the print of the pic I sent, and that's something that you'd normally NOT get refunded for (unless it came out marred) because it's a personal pic, but Sunflowerly gave me a full refund and let me order the one that I really meant to pick. Their customer service is hands down one of the most professional, kind, and hands on that I've seen in years especially, because they don't have a phone number to call and personally talk, it's all through emails and many companies won't even respond once they get your money, but that's not the case with them. If you order anything from them, I promise that you'll be more than pleased and want to return for more of their unique gifts. Didn't intend to write so much, but I like to give a company their props if they do right by me, so that's that!

Worst Company Ever!
I wish there were a negative 5 stars to give. I ordered a pillow with my wife's deceased mom on it for one of her valentine day gifts. Not only was the item never sent, but there is no way to contact these people. The tracking only shows that you paid them and thats where it stops. I don't understand how this company is getting away with this. They need to be shut down. I'm already looking into taking legal action. -5 stars!

The image on the website of the product…
The image on the website of the product you are to receive looks nothing like the actual product received. The website photos indicates that you will get an acrylic statue created from an uploaded photograph. The product description calls it a plaque. What was received was the image of the product as seen on the website glued to a chunk of acrylic and then the chunk of acrylic is cut to the silhouette of the image rendered by the website from your photo. Not sure how else to say it but the product received is not a plaque and would not even be a good refrigerator magnet. I only paid fifty dollars for this lesson on “buyer beware” but suffice it to say that this seller has not earned the 1.7 rating they have here. I am sure many would give no stars if that was an option.

SCAM ALERT! They charged me $53 for 3D printing of a picture but what I got was just An Acrylic cutout which can barely stand on surface.
Not as advertised and zero customer service
This company simply does not care about it's customers. They will only communicate with you when it's to their advantage but NEVER when you complain about an issue. I ordered a customized picture pendant in steel and what was advertised compared to what arrived is something they should be ashamed of. It looks nothing like what was advertised and to make it worse there was a sharp edge on the steel that could easily cut your neck. I tried many times to communicate with them but all my messages have been ignored. I know they're receiving my messages because they did communicate with me to tell me there would be a shipping delay due to problems on their end. So they did communicate with me when it was convenient for them but when I told them how un satisfied I was with their product they never communicated with me again and have ignored me. I gave them a chance to make it right and they simply don't care. I want a refund for this item and they can gladly have it back but since there has been no communication from them I had to post this honest review here. Sunflowerly, you should be ashamed for treating your customer this way and I hope you read this here and issue me a full refund to make it right.

I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a beautiful turtle with two baby turtles and took the time to personalize it. I was even shown a preview of how it was supposed to look, which is what convinced me to buy it. What I received, however, was a cheap, flat pillow that looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered.I reached out to the seller hoping they would make this right, but instead they insist that I received exactly what I ordered—which is simply not true. I’ve included photos below showing what was advertised versus what I actually received, and the difference is shocking. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to issue a refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.also they don’t post negative reviews.
