Ordered a dress for new years eve

Ordered a dress for new years eve. After 1,5 weeks I received an email that I was put on a waitinglist because the dress wasn’t in stock. I don’t understand why you would offer a dress on your website if it isn’t in stock. Secondly, now I could not get an outfit online for new years eve on time. I am very disappointed.

Awful scammers who make it almost…

Awful scammers who make it almost impossible to get a refund.
Dress arrived, awful quality and it took almost 2 weeks of going backwards and forwards just trying obtain a return address. They kept offering credit notes or other options which I made very clear I didn’t want. I was persistent and eventually got a refund after nearly 5 weeks.
I will not be ordering from them again

We would like to explain the return instruction for you. The refund timeframe is depend on varied factors. From the time that our warehouse awaits your parcel to our staff do the standard return procedure, this process normaly takes at least 1 week due to the shipping time and the nessary inspection of your return parcel.

Secondly, our warehouse will infrom our team to approve the refund request.

After that, the refund time will be solely depend on your payment method( Your card issuer). We have estimated refund time chart for different card issuers on our website for your reference. We are sorry that some of the card issuer has a longer timeframe for the refund.

Scam do not place orders …

They took £120 out of my bank account even though the payment was booked through a different method. The dress was £61 they took £61 and 3 lots of £21 today out of the my bank! Wow

Return made easy

Initially I thought this page was a scam but going by the few reviews I read I decided to give a shot. So far they are the best online vendor with excellent customer service.
I purchased a dress but it came small, I sent an email and got prompt response giving options to return which were empathic and satisfactory. I was sent a bigger size within 1 week of complaint based on the option I opted for. You have won yourself a loyal customer and I will refer more people.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Store

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. My order SF2024322310 totaled £180.90, and although the courier claimed it was delivered, the package was left outside my property in an unsecured location and was never received. Instead of taking full responsibility for this delivery failure, the store insisted on deducting £36.10 from my refund for items I never received, claiming it was to cover their costs.

Despite countless emails explaining the situation, they continued to blame the customer rather than holding their courier accountable for a non-compliant delivery. Their approach was dismissive, unhelpful, and unfair.

I reluctantly accepted an 80% refund just to end this traumatic and frustrating ordeal. The store’s lack of accountability, poor customer service, and refusal to provide a full refund for items I did not receive make it clear they do not value their customers.

I strongly urge others to avoid shopping here. If anything goes wrong with your order, expect to fight tooth and nail for even a partial resolution. Terrible service and policies.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS AVOID SHOPPING SUNFERE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! FAKE! FAKE ! FAKE!
My package has been delayed far beyond the stated timeframe, and I recently learned from USPS that the package will not be delivered because proper postage was never applied. This is a clear example of negligence on the company’s part.
Throughout this process, there has been a complete lack of transparency. The company never disclosed that the item was being shipped from China, nor did they inform me about potential production or shipping delays. Despite my efforts to address this issue directly with the company, they failed to provide meaningful support. Instead, when I attempted to inform future buyers about my experience on their social media platforms, I was blocked—a clear indication of their unwillingness to address valid customer concerns. Given the circumstances, I am requesting an immediate full refund. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress, and SUNFERE unprofessional behavior has left me with no confidence in their ability to resolve this matter adequately.

We do feel very upset about the reason that the shipping carrier has given us, which is not acceptable. This is the first time we have experienced such an incident. And we have assigned several specialists to work on your case due to the specialty of this case.
