This is a scam! They are selling fake Ralph Lauren dresses. Unfortunately I bought 2 for £71 and when I returned it they never returned my money.
I don’t usually write reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. Ordered a beach dress. When it finally arrived was too tight and the material a lot thicker than expected. I have been trying to return it for the last two weeks. I keep getting emails wanting more information and stating that my request for a return and refund is being reviewed. I was going to order another dress but after this experience I am staying away from this company. I am not sure how legit a comp they are do my advice is stay clear of them.
Do not trust this company - linen dress arrived and is cheap tat - should have known and paid £39 for it - no chance to get a refund. Beware!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!
I ordered a Ralph Lauren striped shift dress at £39.
No order for 2 weeks. No response from customer services. Order seemed to be stuck in china for ages despite the website saying they were Berlin based.
It eventually arrived- some awful tatty piece of fabric that looks like it’s worth £1.
A total scam. I don’t presume I’ll get a refund for this cheap linen dishcloth with a RL logo ironed on, but at least I can warn others. Very sad- be wary of Facebook advertising as it’s not regulated enough- clearly.
