This company has techs out in neighborhoods with no respect for neighbors. 2 hours of a horn blowing next door because a tech can not figure it out. I went outside and they put their hands in the air. We coudn't take phone calls in our home office because of this. I phoned the company and was told manager was at lunch at 1:40 in the afternoon. Person said oh we will look into it. I asked well would you like an address or city so that you know??
