Further to your response to my review:

"Please note that we take your concerns very seriously and would like to investigate this matter thoroughly. Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate your order based on the information currently available"

This is exactly what your Customer Service email said to me, despite my having given the Order number and details. I have since sent a pdf of the original order and your acknowlegment, but somehow still, you cannot locate my order ...?

So seems like two parts of the company don't speak to each other and don't update your internal systems.

I have been told that I have received a refund, which I will of course check.

I don't understand why you are not more efficient.

However thank you.

This is my first order.
The way your website asking the address is quite misleading.
I have sent an email and contact through messenger to correct my address. So far no reply.
If you send the parcel to the address that in the oder format is quite misleading. so please have a look at the email/messenger to arrange the correct way.

My order has not arrived

My order has not arrived, I made it more than two weeks ago.
Order no. 20000028055
I'm very disappointed because I order a product on the 14th of February, I paid almost 5 pounds for the delivery, they sent an invoice with the post code and street name but without house number, that mistake affected the delivery.
The package couldn't be delivered as the currier could not find the address and returned to them. The product must be in your office as the parcel was returned. In previous communications you said that customer service will verify this an issue refund, but in a very confusing email you said that the delivery was completed, but I never receive it. My order has not arrived. I want a refund but the customer service doesn't solve the problem and just tells me to follow the shipment tracking when it shows as never delivered and returned. I want a refund.

According to the shipping information, the parcel could unfortunately not be delivered by the carrier and was returned to our warehouse due to an address issue. As soon as the return was confirmed, we arranged a full refund of the purchase amount to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed by the payment provider within 1–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment service used.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when an order does not arrive as expected, and we sincerely apologise for the confusion caused by the different delivery status messages.

If you would still like to receive the product, you are of course very welcome to place a new order, and we will be happy to assist if you need any help.

IVE HAD A CHANGE OF HEART THE PRODUCTS ARENT THAT BAD THERE ARE SOME REAL GEMS IN THERE JUST HAVE TO FIND THE RIGHT ONES. COMMUNICATION COULD BE IMPROVED A GREAT DEAL. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THEY DIDNT RELY ON AI TO COMMUNICATE AND THERE WAS AN ACTUAL HUMAN TO RESPOND TO ANY ISSUES STRAIGHT AWAY INSTEAD OF GETTING BACK 2 WEEKS LATER BUT HOPEFULLY THEY WILL IMPROVE THIS

If I could give less than one I would

If I could give less than one I would.
I made my order since the 30th of December. Today is the 14th of Jan, no signs of my order.
I emailed the customer service team a few days ago as the delivery was suppose to take 3 business days. They kept making empty promises that they’ll investigate.
I decided to reach out to dhl myself and turns out the order has not been handed to dhl. I’m
Mortified at the standard of operation. What a joke ! I need my refund. By the way, if you’ll sell supplements, the least you can do is be honest.

Not happy at all

Order placed on the 23rd and 27th od December still waitibg for it and on top of it charged extra for the delivery. The response i got we are a bid busy for holidays.. Helllo like everyone else but the deliverys are not late for this long period... Un till now the orders were not even dispatched.. Let me see how they will work on this at the end and wich kind of compensation they will offer for this!!!
