Disappointing Experience

I was really hopeful after seeing this promoted as helpful for eczema. Having struggled with eczema for over a decade, I decided to invest in this despite the $50+ price point, truly hoping for relief for my skin. It’s been a very disappointing experience.

I actually received the wrong item—an extra cleansing bar instead of the Purple Gromwell Relief Treatment I ordered. I reached out for a solution and was told I would receive information regarding the replacement, but I never heard back and still haven't received the correct item. Because of this, I haven’t been able to try the product that may have been more suitable.

The cleansing bar itself was very drying for my eczema-prone skin. It seemed to worsen my irritation and left my skin feeling cracked and painful. I can see it working better for oilier skin types, so I’ll be passing the extra bar to a friend, but for the price, I expected both a more soothing product and better service.

It's a scam

It's a scam. They abuse Paypal for automatic orders. They don't mention import taxes.
Don't order anything from this fraud firm.

I did not order a subscription -- was just trying 1-time product but never even received the order. Apparently, my address was entered incomplete but they never contacted me when the product was returned and they continued to charge me for 4 months of the subscription. Terrible service.

Sunday Glow is a scam

I received the wrong order and no one is responding to emails. Further there is this „auto renew box“ where you can‘t end the subscription on the site. Also the products aren’t even worth what she is claiming on the site, normally a box would be 70$ which is way too high for a few sheet masks. Many people on her Tiktok and Instagram site report similar incidents like me. If you paid with paypal you can stop the automatic payment or contact your bank!
