Fantastic service from my experience
The dehumidifier I’d bought was delivered the next day, although I soon realised without opening it that the wrong one had been sent, customer service was brilliant Clare was on the case immediately, the right one was sent out for the next day(again)and it was a straight swap with the delivery driver, all within 3 days, fantastic service
